Payment in full in September (10 months) 2. 5 months payment in Sept, & remaining 5 months paid Jan 1. 3.Monthly, paid the 1st of each month by post dated cheques, credit card, debit, or Etransfer. * It is understood and agreed that a parent/guardian must give written notice prior to the first of the month in order to receive a refund for that month. There are NO REFUNDS on or after Feb 1st. * A $30 late fee will be applied on the 15th of the month to all overdue accounts unless payment arrangements have been made prior. * ABSTRACT DANCE ACADEMY has the right to refuse service. * I have received or will obtain a copy of Abstract Dance Academy policies and take responsibility to carefully read and follow the policies therein.
