HIP HOP refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture. It includes a wide range of styles.

AERIAL YOGA:  An airborne fitness that is practised in a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling.  the silks support your body and the class is performed primarily in the hammock instead of our mats.  Almost anything can be practised in the hammocks…

Almost anything can be practised in the hammocks including: stretching, movement, tricks, flips, core work, upper body work, and meditation. Ariel fitness is fun, exciting, and unique with all sorts of benefits. Deepen your stretch, relieve joint pressure, increase balance, enhance core and upper body strength, and improve body awareness. The support of the silks or “cocoon” can offer a deeply supportive and comforting experience.
